We ship out orders Monday-Friday, typically within 1 or 2 business days of receiving the order. Once your order ships out, you will receive a shipment confirmation email which includes tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Returns
In replacement of product returns, we would greatly appreciate if you would kindly donate any unopened packages to your local dog shelter.
